Not good? Then you simply get your money back.

How does this work exactly?

It is very simple, if you have received our product and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the package after taking two SKIP YOUR DIP! capsules.

This way we always give you the opportunity to try our product and if it does not meet your expectations, just send it back!

Are you not satisfied with our product?

Please send an email mentioning your order number and the reason for return to support@skipjedip.nl.nl and we will give you further instructions.

In detail…

  • The return policy is valid for 30 days.
  • Costs of the return are for the customer. These will not exceed €2 in most cases (In the Netherlands).
  • Once the 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
  • If more than two capsules have been used, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
  • Once your return has been accepted, we will notify you of the refund.
  • The purchase price will be credited to your account within five working days of our notification.
  • The possibility to make use of our money-back guarantee is valid once per customer.

If the amount is still not in your account after five working days, please contact us immediately at support@skipjedip.nl.
